Day 1 - Meet and Greet
Upon your arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, our chauffeur will meet and escort you to your hotel. Enjoy a delightful afternoon in Paris. Afterwards, join your guide for a dinner featuring exclusively Burgundian specialties.
Day 2 - From Chablis to Beaune
Your adventure starts in the North of Burgundy discovering wines from the Chablis region paired with local cheeses. Journeying along scenic back roads, you'll encounter charming countryside hamlets, including the medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein, culminating in Beaune, your home for the week.
Day 3 - Oenology
Begin your day with an oenology class to discover all about Burgundy wines and regions. Explore the renowned Hospices de Beaune. Understand the process of making Dijon Mustard.
Day 4 - Mâcon and Chalon-sur-Saône Regions
Venture to southern Burgundy and explore the pastoral landscapes along the Saône River, savoring the region's local wines (e.g. Pouilly-Fuissé, Mâcon, etc.) and cuisine.
Day 5 - Côtes de Nuits
After exploring the wines of the Côtes de Nuits region, such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne-Romanée, and Vougeot, you will visit a traditional cheesemaker's shop and explore Dijon. End your day filled with tastings by participating in an authentic and enjoyable hands-on cooking class led by a local chef.
Day 6 - Côtes de Beaune
Explore the wines of the Beaune region (e.g. Beaune, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Corton-Charlemagne, etc.). Enjoy a distinctive cellar tour in Pommard, and conclude your journey at a nearby gourmet restaurant.
Day 7 - Back to Paris
Enjoy a quiet morning in Beaune before heading back to Paris. Finish with a dinner cruise on the Seine River, discover Paris by night and raise a glass of champagne at a sparkling Eiffel Tower. Stay at the Hotel Montaigne, a five-star Parisian mansion.
Day 8 - Paris
