Your adventure starts in the North of Burgundy discovering wines from the Chablis region paired with local cheeses. Journeying along scenic back roads, you'll encounter charming countryside hamlets, including the medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein, culminating in Beaune, your home for the week.
Begin your day with an oenology class to discover all about Burgundy wines and regions. Explore the renowned Hospices de Beaune. Understand the process of making Dijon Mustard.
Venture to southern Burgundy and explore the pastoral landscapes along the Saône River, savoring the region's local wines (e.g. Pouilly-Fuissé, Mâcon, etc.) and cuisine.
After exploring the wines of the Côtes de Nuits region, such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne-Romanée, and Vougeot, you will visit a traditional cheesemaker's shop and explore Dijon.
